Windows 10's Microsoft Store has always been terrible. It was terrible when it debuted as the "Windows Store" alongside Windows 8. Information technology remained terrible when the name changed to adjust with Microsoft's now-defunct physical stores. IT's so intense that I've refused to utilisation it for years, spurned by its crap-tastic mobile-centric curation and disastrous PC game management features. But nearly a decade after its launch, and aft some geezerhood of almost active neglect, thither English hawthorn—may—be hope on the celestial horizon.

So yes, I'm hoping this rumored overhaul happens. And some of the goals of the Microsoft Put in—wish automatic updating apps, far improved security, and software you can establis on any connected device—remain worthy ones indeed.

I'm not optimistic that a Microsoft Store overtake will wrap up up successful, but I'm hopeful. My fingers are crossed so bad they're cramping.
